I can't find the Notification Access setting...

Would somebody mind pointing me to the Notification Access setting under EMUI 4 on the Huawei Honor 5x? The only time that I can ever see it is when a notification appears with buttons asking me to grant access permission. Is there a way to access the settings area directly?

I'm not quite sure about how to get to the menu conventionally, but I do remember that if you use an activity finder or Nova Launcher with activities you can find the notifications permission activity
