I cant find the 'saved' folder in my email app

I am having a little trouble finding my saved folder which it seems I can only access via my computer. I did a factory reset on my phone and now my only option of folders in the email app are the usual sent and recycle bin.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Go to the web address of your email service (for gmail it would be GMail) and make sure you have a Saved folder there. If you don't, add one. Most phone apps can't add folders, but most PC email programs can, so you may have added a local Save folder on the PC (which the phone can't access). If you add it in the web interface, you'll have to delete the email account in the phone email app, then add it back again, so it picks up the new folder.
