i cant get google play to work for my HTC FLYER P512 NA how can i fix this???

i keep getting an error retrieving information from server. [RPC:-7AEC-7 X27C-AUNU-IA4XU]

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, then go to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account completely, then add it back.

tried that tried a reset tried a hard reset tried letting the battery completely drain nothing worked. HELLPP

Hi, I just spent (wasted) 2 hours trying the various "clear data" recommendations to no avail,

Then, noticing that the battery level had from 20% to below 10%, I thought it was a good idea to connect it to the charger.

Then it started to work. All apps were updated and I could download new ones.

So, in at least one instance (and perhaps other devices),the "RPC" error is actually because the power was too low.
