I can't get my Samsung S7 to cast to TV with Mirascreen dongle

I have a Samsung S7. I just bought a Mirascreen dongle to cast from my phone to the TV. I believe I have followed all the installation instructions correctly. When it select Smart View from the drag down menu, I select the Mirascreen device where upon it then tries to connect......but it never does. Any ideas????

Sorry no ideas I have two smart TVs a Samsung and a LG and with no dongle it cast to both of them
