I cant hear anyone during calls! Help!

I have full functionality on my Infuse 4G but when I receive a call (still rings properly) i cannot hear the person calling me. I actually cannot hear anything. They cannot hear me either. They do hear the ringing and can leave a message in my voice mail. If i call voice mail i cannot hear anything. It has happened to me once before and AT&T made me do a factory reset which erased all my data ( After they promised it wouldn't) which made it work again but less than a month later same problem. I don't want to keep resetting my phone every month. Has anyone had this problem? Any ideas to fix it?

Same here. Got my daughter one for Christmas and she can hear fine if phone on speaker, but if she tries to make a regular call, no sound what so ever! Anyone....please HELP! Irritating! :'(
