I can't hear calls unless on speaker phone

When someone calls me or i call them, i can't hear them unless I put them on speakerphone. They can hear me fine. If it helps i got a Galaxy S5.

I had this problem one time with my HTC One XL one time. Turns out it was the headphone jack that was stuck and the phone thought I had something plugged in. Make sure that isn't the case here. If not, try rebooting the phone and see if that helps.
