I cant make calls or receive

When I dial out as it hit send it gives a little vibrate, one ring and hangs up. When i get a call in it will ring but when hit answer gives one vibrate then hangs up

I have 4 bars of lte goodness

Call VZW CS. Sounds like it is not authenticating to the network.

Take the battery out slide the sim tray out then reverse and power on.
