My partner has a Nokia phone running Android 12.
When her phone is in standby and receives a phone call, a banner is displayed at the top of the screen offering Accept or Decline. If she presses Accept, the phone then displays the lock screen which requires her to enter the password number. By the time she's done this, most times the caller has rung off.
This does not happen on my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy A25 running Android 19. When the lock screen is displayed and I get a call, I get the display at the top of the screen offering Accept or Decline, and if I press Accept, the phone call is immediately connected.
Is there a setting I am missing to make my partner's phone behave in the same way as mine, please?
Thanks
