I can't open my view all text messages?

I have a Galaxy 8, and I'm unable to open some of my view all text messages?

My husband has the same problem on his and I can't figure out why. I don't have it on my mine. We both have a Galaxy S 8.

I'm frustrated I cannot "View all" either! It just shows a blank screen with a (no subject) box that isn't clickable to view the particular message. PLEASE HOW DO YOU FIX THIS!
