i cant receive calls or message on whats app while my itel p32 is on sleep mode why??

hello Guys i have issues with my Itel P32, while using my phone i get all calls and massages on whats app but once the phone is on lock screen or on sleep mode what should i do??

Welcome to Android Central! Any power-saving modes turned on? Also check to see if the app is Battery Optimized in the system settings -- if so, turn off optimization. If you have any built-in or 3rd party "RAM booster" apps, make sure those are turned off or uninstalled as well.
