inner screan blanked no touch working

i bought a inner screen dead phone but the outer screen was perfectly fine the phone was being used by the seller one dya he dropped the phone the inner screen blanked out so the phone is at lock screen i cant unlock it niether the seller is willing to unlock because he has his personal data i cant do anything niether i can do a hard reset i though i can but it as use it for only calls and hotspot but connecting the phone to external display by type c but when i came home and checked it out i got [language redacted by Mod] up because the type c dont display on hdmi niether the keyboard and mouse is working which in works on another samsung note 10 debugging off and at the lock screen but in flip 4 it does not work i dont have enoigh money to buy a brand new display or even a dot shade display its expensive in pakistan can anyone know any method who can guide me to save me from being at loss atleast i can js enable the hostspot and data etc atleast tell me anyway to do that to achieve that please any technical person can guide me?

Sounds like all of this is hardware failure and you'd have to invariably replace either the screen or motherboard to get any of the features to work. If the phone is not unlocked and Factory Reset Protection is active, you'll need the credentials for the Google account that set up FRP to even bring the phone back to life after a reset. Discussions on how to bypass any of these security features or how to unlock a phone without the account credentials is not allowed in these Forums.
