i can't receive emails on my cell phone

I can get emails on my home computer but not on my cell. However, I can send from my cell phone. I have a samsung galaxy 3.

Who is your email provider?

What app are you using on your smartphone for email?

Are you using a POP/IMAP/Exchange account?

Have you checked the settings for your email i.e. incoming based on what type of email account you have setup on your smartphone?
