I put some apps in my wishlist (I don't know how I did it) and now I can't remove them!! And surprisingly, those apps -when i click on them- are not available in my country! I attached screenshots for u to see.

Strange...Try to click on the app, bringing up the info screen, you may see a bookmark icon at the top. Click on that. That should remove it from the wishlist.

When you bring up your wishlist (as you displayed), each app has a description below it's icon AND THREE STACKED DOTS next to the description. Press them and you'll see the REMOVE dialogue.

I has try clean google play data, clean cache, uninstall, force stop, restart device... All is not working.
Finally I found the solution, please follow the step by step

Use Google Chrome open 2 page.
1) 1st page open the new Apps and click Add to Wishlist
2) 2nd page open the Apps has problem remove Wishlist
3) Right click at 2nd page then click Inspect element
4) In Elements right click and click Edit attribute at data-docid and data-server-cookie, copy the value
Example data-docid is com.noodlecake.blockheads and data-server-cookie is CAIaIwohEh8KGWNvbS5ub29kbGVjYWtlLmJsb2NraGVhZHMQARgD
5) Goto 1st page right click at button Added to Wishlist and click Inspect element
6) In 1st page Elements, use Edit attribute replace all the data-docid and data-server-cookie values with the 2nd page data-docid and data-server-cookie
7) Now you can click Remove wishlist at 1st page.
