I can't restore my backup

So I had to do a factory reseta few days ago, and, knowing that my phone automatically backups my data, I knew I could just restore all my settings, music, apps, etc. However, when I go into the JTC Backup app, it goes straight to App info, and doesn't let me access the Restore Backup page. Please can someone help

Please can someone help

Is the stored backup on the device (i.e. internal or external SD card)? You also need to be sure that a backup was previously made, because if it wasn’t, then you won’t have anything to restore.
