I can't save my profile and picture on S8.

I just realized that I've been having an ongoing issue when I go into my contacts to edit my profile I go head and Change my picture and I add more information such as allergies and as soon as I hit save nothing happens I can hear the clicking when I hit save like it's going to do something but nothing has said that goes back to the old information is there a fix for this

I also had that problem a couple weeks ago. I cleared data from the contact app and I even cleared the cache in recovery mode but it didn't work. I had to factory reset my phone. Factory reset is what fixed it for me
