i cant switch on permissions

[Android Central Question]

Every time i go on instagram it says i need to switch on camera permissions so i open settings and press on instagram and try switch on give permission but it doesnt go on yes can anyone help me?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Just to be clear -- you're going to Settings>Apps​, tapping Instagram, then Permissions, and trying to turn on the Camera permission toggle there?
