AC Question

I updated my Samsung s7 in April and since the I wasn't able to press okay on the vpn

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean the button is greyed out? Any apps with screen overlays turned on (like screen dimming apps)?

Yes that's exactly what I mean. And I don't believe any apps like that is turn on because I have tried switching off alot of apps

Have you tried re-configuring the VPN app? Instead of turning off other apps (and potentially creating a different set of problems depending on what you shut off) focus on the VPN app itself. Odds are the update changed something with your S7's networking, causing some issue with the old settings in the VPN app. Try re-entering the setup info you used when you originally installed that VPN app. If that doesn't work, go into your app manager, find the VPN app, tap the 'Force stop' button and then the 'Clear data' button. Clearing the data will delete any options and preferences the app was previously using so when you start up the VPN app again it will be starting up from scratch, you'll need to re-enter all the relevant info you had to do back when you first installed it.
