I cant use my touch while charging?

am using micromax bolt.
I cant use my touch while charging this mobile with some other chargers rather than micromax.
why so?
n what might i have to do to solve it?

Welcome to Android Central! It might have to do with faulty internal shielding. If the charging circuits aren't properly shielded, then the electromagnetic field generated by the current might affect the touchscreen sensitivity.
