i cant use team viewer apps to other phone on my samsung j7 max phone

I can't control the other device by team viewer app but others can access my device by quick support

Are you running the client with a device that's running the host?

If you run the host, they control you. If they run the host, you control them.

(Learning to run VNC apps is a better way to go [but if you're hosting, you have to make a change in your router if you're connected by Wifi].)
