I changed my pattern in app lock by mistake..I remember the password but can't change it. How do I change it?

i changed my pattern in app lock by mistake...i remeber the password but can;t change it!!

My phone is an HTC model.This might come accross as a dumb question but I am a li'l technologically challenged...so how am i supposed to change it using my email?Plz help.

Welcome to AC.

Perhaps you're referring to Android Device Manager? Use your Google or Gmail account details to log in to ADM on another device and change your phone security settings from there.
