Android Central Question

How do I solve this issue. Do you think it is necessary for me to replace the entire camera? I don't know what to do. I looked at my phone to find the camera glass was broken. I immediately removed the glass like a dummy. With no research in mind. Some glass got inside. What now?

The glass is replaceable. You can either do it yourself, or have it done.

Not having the glass on your camera is affecting any waterproof rating on your device so you are very vulnerable right now. Meanwhile having a small piece of glass floating around in your device isn't ideal but it likely will not affect anything so you can breath easy on that one. As belodion mentioned most parts of the device are replaceable usually including the camera glass. For the S6 I found pricing from $1 to 3 or 4 bucks for multi packs. Most of them come with adhesive backs so you probably could do it yourself, for a dollar or two I'd definitely try it myself before paying labor cost, and if you have issues you can turn to a "Professional".

I'm not that familiar with the S6 about usually when the outer glass breaks I can't get inside the phone if that's what you mean. As suggested you should be able to install a replacement lens quite easily. I've done it on an LG phone.
