I defected from iPhone

I'm having trouble with the stock weather app in my HTC one, no matter what location i type in for the UK it says it can't find it.

HELP....when i'm looking in the play store or just browsing i keep getting a pop up which says "Complete this action" and the choice is Tunein radio and Daydream...I haven't shown any interest in either of these and even when i click on "Just once" it pops up again....how do i stop it please?.....edit- I seem to have worked it out now.

Thank you, i do already, how on earth did i put up with Apples restrictions for so long I'm now asking myself, I'm soooo loving this phone and i was so nervous about the switch.

My wife asked the exact same question when she went from an iPhone 4S to a Samsung Galaxy S3 about a year ago.

Just switching to a different keyboard was great, Swiftkey is amazing, I love it, so great to just change what you don't like.

That is what I love about Android. If I don't like something, I can change it. If you don't like the keyboard, install SwiftKey. In my case, I don't like Blink Feed, so I installed Nova Launcher.

poisonivy66: Im a long time iPhone user that switched over to the One as well, I am also a Mac user. My music solution had been solved by simply using Google Music. It uploaded all my iTunes unprotected music to the cloud and allows me to stream or transfer songs to my phone at will. I also have converted all my books over to Google Books and do the same thing. Just use the MAC APP FLUID to convert the google play web site into a native app. I use it like iTunes once I did that. You can do the same thing with gmail. You can find it here Fluid - Turn Your Favorite Web Apps into Real Mac Apps.

The good think about the google music app is it will monitor your itunes library and upload anything new you add for now on.
