I delete the OS on my Samsung Galaxy Light, how can I reinstall it?

deleted os on my samsung galaxy light

my phone stopped working .. they (tmobile) had me do a master reset .. it wiped out all my info and also everything on the phone.... where can i reinstall the os

First, plugin your phone via your computer. After that, go to the download mode (press power/main/down volume at the same time). Then, go to samsung-updates.com and download the os for your specific device. Then, go download ODIN. After that, copy the file that you download to ODIN. Just wait until the os is done and your good to go.
