I deleted my Accuweather display, how can I get it back?

Accuweather display

I accidently deleted my accuwether app and when i tried to get it back on my home screen the display was gone and it was just the icon now i cant see the temp or time with out clicking on the icon and getting into the app how do i get the orginal display back i tried settings> display but there was nothing and going to the settings on the actual app wasnt any help either i cant get to it by editing the icon so im at a loss please help my model is the LG G2 im so confused and frustrated please help

You will need to add the Accuweather widget to your homescreen - it sounds like you've been adding the shortcut to the app. Most phones if you long press on an empty screen it will bring up a menu for you to add widgets to your homescreens. From there select Accuweather, and which widget you would like to use.
