I deleted my entire Os from my Sprint Htc one m8 phone what can I do?

I have TWRP revovery and I had viperone firmware I have another phone but I don't have a computer is it possible to get my os back?

Boot into TWRP and Restore (just the system if that's all you deleted, or everything if you deleted your data too).

If you didn't back the system up, you're going to have to get the use of a computer to flash an OS to the phone. (Then please back up the OS and copy the backup to a flash drive or SD card so you can restore the phone no matter what you delete.)
