I did a factory reset on my S5, It somehow got stuck in accessibility mode

I did a factory reset and was going through the setup and somehow the phone got stuck in accessibility mode. It reads everything on the screen. How can I turn off accessibility mode without having the menus? Now it will no go a factory reset. I have removed and reinstalled the battery,

double tap to select instead of the regular single tap to navigate to the accessibility settings and turn it off.
