I miss some of the GB chrome...I know ICS is more modern and all but I always thought the way the favorites banner sagged a bit as you pulled it was cool. I also miss the slight cube effect as you switched screens....

I agree but I haven't looked back. ICS is such an upgrade over GB I can live with missing some things.

I do miss long pressing apps too I fimd new system is less intuitive. Perhaps Google was so tired of patent wars they figured they would invent a new way to do it.

They just wanted to be different I'm sure. It like politicians or new manager's, they always want to make the mark on the world and do things different so they can stand out. Who cares if the old way worked better, here's the new way, doesn't it look pretty. Whatever!

I also kind of think that people are naturally afraid of change. I do agree that some things will be missed, but I think ICS is so much better in so many ways that it's silly to spend too much time lamenting the lost features of GB

I like ICS. Once I got used to a few things, I like it more then GB.
