I do not receive some incoming calls.

I don't receive all of my phone calls apparently and this is only in the last 2 months. My phone will not ring and it will not display an incoming call, but I know I have been called either because someone calling me will complain later or I will receive a text saying I have missed a call. The call log doesn't say I've missed a call either.

I don't know if it is my phone or my service provider, but I am inclined to think phone since it will occasionally spam me with notifications when I unlock it as if the phone was off just prior.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy J5 pro with Android 8.1.0.
