I totally agree. The fact that they didn't tell anyone makes it more than suspicious at the very least. Since they were so sneaky about it, it makes me wonder what they installed already might be tracking of some sort. If it's so legit, why the secrecy?

Just because you were unaware doesn't mean it was sneaky or kept secret, it was covered by the media. Washington Post, CNet, CNN, CNBC, Wired, The Verge, The Guardian, BBC, Apple, Google, Fox Business, Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, USA Today, The New York Times, NPR, etc all have articles discussing it as far back as April.
