I DON'T get refunded when I click "refund" within the 15 minutes!!!

I DON'T EVER get my $$ back when I click "refund" on a non-working app within the 15 minutes!!! ALL FOUR apps I clicked "refund" for said it will uninstall and I will be refunded BUT I'M NOT!!! MY BALANCE IS *STILL* THE SAME AFTER THE PURCHASE!!! MY MONEY HAS *NOT* BEEN RETURNED!!! what do I do??? the four I purchased that was supposedly refunded to me within the last week WAS *NEVER* REFUNDED TO ME!!!!!!

It may take the bank a bit longer to show the credits, but if you got the refund emails you'll get refunded.
