i don't have access to developer options in my settings of my phone after installing an app

so i was trying to install an app on my phone called vysor so that i could put the screen from my phone to my laptop and it told me to activate usb debugging on my phone so i did that but it ended up not working so i just uninstalled but a few days after i went to transfer some files from my phone to save space but it wasn't coming with that menu icon to do any thing so i went in to settings and it wasn't there any more so i came here for help

Welcome to Android Central! Did you already try reactivating Developer Options (by going to Settings>About Phone and tapping Build Number 7 times)?
