Yesterday I was using my phone (an LG G5) and noticed that I received everything but when I sent something it will not send. I downloaded a internet speed test app and it showed me a lot of download speed but when it came to upload it was cero. I decided to play in the settings to see if I could do something and after a while I came across the network mode setting and changed it. After changing it the phone immediately turned off data but at the same time it said I had 4g and I still had internet(again great download but no upload) when I tried to change it back the mobile networks settings are grey and won't let me enter, also the mobile data switch says Conection not allowed. I decided to restart the phone and now I have no data and no signal, I have no service at all. Tried to reset the phone and still didn't work. Searched on the web and everywhere says to enter mobile networks setting but it won't let me. Please help!
