I don't have Samsung Pay on the used S6 I bought

I bought an unlocked S6 on amazon. It was originally from AT&T apparently since it has AT&T apps on it, and the AT&T logo on the back. I now have it on Cricket and everything works fine, but I don't seem to have Samsung Pay on it and trying to do a system update says everything is up to date. Any ideas on how to get it on there? I have Android 5.0.2 also, not 5.1.1. Knox hasn't been tripped.

You have to manually download it. Samsung isn't forcing it on anyone.

If you have best buy where you live, I believe they can update it for you if you want.
