I don't see a call reject list on my LG G3

Try the 3rd party app or at least look into it.
Using it on Turbo and it works great.
It's called should I answer.

Open your contacts, select the contact; when the contact displays, select the 3 dots in the top right and select the Send to Voicemail....that's LG version of blocking. If it's a caller that is bothering, go to your Recent Calls, and add the number to your contacts, then go back and do what I talked about above. Or....download a host of apps that will block calls. Whichever you feel you want to do.
