I dropped my Galaxy S4 in the water, but now the screen won't work, how can I get this working?

dropped my galaxy s4 in water, but now the screen wont work

so about a week and a half ago I dropped my phone in a toilet. sigh. anyway. I took it out immediately and shut it off and dried the water. I took out the battery and dried in there too. it wasn't really wet inside, like where the battery was, only a few drops. I took it to Verizon like an hour or 2 later and the girl said that the battery wasn't damaged or anything but ever since then whenever I turn it on the screen wont come on. like the buttons on the bottom light up and I receive text messages and phone calls and I can tap on things on the screen and feel the vibration but I cant see anything. any suggestions? please I really need help on this. thanks

Read Oh, no! My Phone got Wet! It probably had a little water seep inside and, by now, it's probably too late to do anything about it.
