I dropped my Note 4 in a jug of water. How can I get it working again?

dropped my note 4 in a jug of water.

hey i just dropped my note 4 in water.around 2 hours and the screen has gone blank....i dried it and placed it in rice...now when i place the battery back on ,the led indicator on the top left of the screen has turned green. nothing on the screen yet
