AC Question

My phone is the samsung galaxy s6 active. And I recently ran into the black screen of death issue. The phone is on and I can turn the volume up and down and hear it but the screen stays black. So I got a replacement under warrenty and when I was switching my sim card to the new phone I accidently dropped it into some water and now when I go to findmymobile.com, it can't find my device when I put the sim card in it even though it could before. + My replacement device won't turn on either... what do I do x.x

Ensure it is fully dry and try again. If that doesn't work you may need to run by your carrier store to pick up a new SIM.

Thanks for all the help! Turns out I just needed to dry out the SIM card for awhile and now its working perfectly :)

Just so ya know. If you stop by the AT&T store they will install a new SIM card for you, for free. Glad the OP got his working again!
