I fear my android phone has been infected by some type of Wangiri scam Malware which keeps dialing international numbers whenever I'm online, this has resulted in me being banned by What'sApp on two different numbers. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried scanning the phone using a reputable antivirus app like Malwarebytes? If that doesn't come up with anything, you can always do a factory reset, and then make sure to set the phone up from scratch, without restoring from a previous backup.
