I really don't want to contribute to this off-topic direction, but as far as I know, there is no credible evidence, whatsoever, that low-power emissions from things like wifi, bluetooth, or even phone cell connections has any affect on the human body, at all. Worrying about RF/EMR is like worrying about a pinprick hole in a boat when the boat is about to fall over a 300 foot waterfall. If you want to worry about things that CAN and DO affect you in your bedroom, then worry about dust mites and microbes, chemicals off-gassing from the paint, the carpet, the bedding, your clothing, the soap you used, what is in your toothpaste you just brushed with, devices that make unnecessary noise or light, and dozens of other things.
And please keep in mind that RF (like all kinds of emissions) goes down to the square of the distance.
When I mentioned the health effects of wearing a watch in bed, it is solely about the tangible and well-known threats that the physical presence of such a device strapped on your wrist has on the soft tissues, nerves, tendons, and blood-flow, due to pressure and restriction. It also has the potential to disrupt sleep hygiene, another well-known cause of health issues.
