I forgot my Private box password in GO SMS Pro

I forgot my Private box password in GO SMS Pro, and I press the forgot password, but I never receive an email of the passcode to reset my password, what can I do? who can I call?
Please help me at least to know who can I contact about this issue.
 
Did you check your spam filter? I recently purchased something and upon getting frustrated that I hadn't received my confirmation email I went to spam and found it was filtered there.

Otherwise the site seems to be devoid of a support contact, have you checked in the app? The Play Store listing has gosmsprofeedback@gmail.com as a contact.
