I formatted my phone accidentally

Ok my phone is rooted, it has twrp 2.6.3.0 but while trying to install cyanogenmod I deleted all the data system cache and now i dont have an OS and I did not backup my phone. I know I should have used something to back up all the files but i did not and now I have no OS and am trying different ways to fix it

OKAYYY i think i can fix it with adb slideload but I need a suitable rom file a download link please!!!

I'm not a gear head who can help, but a buddy rooted and instaled cyanogenmod over the weekend and its really neat, big improvement over the ATT stuff that was on my S4 before.

found a 3.17.651.4 rom exact same as mine and it worked just fine AFTER 3 DAYS i am back on
