i found a problem. the machine becomes silent all of sudden.

it won't make any sound at all. not even when i play videos.

the speech to text will also stop working.

it has happened twice already. i didn't even do anything.

it was working a min ago, after it got to standby mode, when i opened it again. it happened.

When you plug in headphones, do they work? I would actually try a factory reset on the device to rule out any software issues/glitches. If the factory reset does not fix it, you might have some bad hardware. If that's the case, please contact customer support to set up an RMA.

omg, it happened again right now.

there is no sound, nothing in the headphone, either. the google voice to txt function is also disabled.

i downloaded every app directly from google play.

if i do a factory reset, does that mean, every app that i installed will be deleted?

does anyone else have similar problems?
