I get a Quick short beep every min with the screen black

I have a Moto Droid Turbo. Every min I get a Quick short beep with the screen black and if on I'll get the same thing. The other thing is when the screen is black...every few min it will light up for about 10 seconds and then go out. I have checked settings and all seems correct. It still works when screen is black when you wave your hand over the time will appear. That is still OK. This just started this morning....??

I have tried to check all settings but I'm at a Loss.. HELP...It's driving me nuts.
