I got Normal Power Saver

Hi everybody, for some reason when I bought my awesome htc ONE M8 from Verizon I noticed that the Normal Power Saver Mode was missing, I never noticed sense I started to play with my cousin's unlocked M8, but yesterday I left my phone descharge to 0% for battery calibration and this morning when I turned ON again I noticed that the Normal Power Saver is there, I don't know how, it just appear, someone knows why this happens?? And every time I left the phone go to 0% it uninstalls all the apps that are installed in the micro SD, and that happens always, someone knows why??
