I took advantage of the glitch Verizon had online and upgraded to the Moto X. I still have my unlimited data. Today, I received a text message from Verizon. I thought it was going to be bad news but I got this instead...

Not all Verizon X's has voice issues. I've never come across it once

I don't see people acting like it's the worst phone in the world, but yeah, voice calling is kind of a big deal with a phone. lol. Fortunately it's being fixed, b/c it would be sad to have to say goodbye to such a great phone, which is the very reason people are hanging on, even after exchanges didn't help. (but come to think of it, if the phone were to remain as is for those with the issue, actually, it would be one of the worst).
