But i didn't invite no samsung billing ? What so someone can ad charges ? Totally messed up ! & not rite no- one ask me or explained what its for& i'm tired of being fraudulent charges.

Your post isn't very clear about what's going on, but any fraudulent charges should be dealt with through your bank.
