look i simply need a purchased item to work as advertised. If they change things and screw it up, it is not on me to "fix" it with some sort of technical workarounds, like repartitioning etc. As a consumer I am outraged at their hubris in just changing things and not doing it successfully. As a home care provider, I need my phone to function perfectly every single time I use it. When they change things and things don't work right anymore, it's a BIG problem. I'm not a smartphone techy, nor do I want to be. So when I am babysitting for my granddaughter, I need a phone that will provide me with accurate information. Phantom Notifications do not help. Changing the ability to set individual notifications is crucial. Not being able to shut off the stupid/unnecessary Google notifications is disruptive; we've been extremely sick with the flu and communications between us and health care providers is a timely necessity and these 'notifications' that Google browser seems to think I need are frustrating; I'm waiting for a return call from the doctor and google wants me to - hey check out this new weather report.
Also there was zero info about the update provided to me, so all the time I take to try and figure out what else doesn't work is a waste of my precious time.
I'm not gaming or surfing or gambling or flirting or filling up a facebook page, I'm dealing with real world issues. And a badly functioning phone is a BIG PROBLEM.
Is that clearer?
