I hate this phone since the Lollipop update

My S5 is brand new out of the box, running hot , locking up . Quite disappointed, the menus have been altered for no other reason than to change it for the sake of change, rubbish

Ive had 0 problems wth the lollipop update from at&t. .. I really like lollipop. Weird thing is I have 2 S5s one rooted running 4.4.2. Im on that one now.. its.... niftier for lack of a better word. But I only take the one with lollipop out the house it does wat I need on the go..

Soooo many features hosed since lollipop download 1 day ago....and gotta run. Just needed to vent. Besides, I don't even have time to spare to sit down to attempt to fix some of this mainly voice mail totally hosed! So far, I hate lollipop.

Good luck with that fight!

Thankfully, the Verizon and AT&T ersatz clonewares are nothing like the stock Samsung firmwares that the rest of the world receive.

I fully agree. Since the update I have lost many calls because my phone ringtone shuts off. The brightness level does the same thing. It changes like it has a mind of its own. The new color scheme of oranges and blue make the screen very hard to read. Nobody has answers and Samsung does not care!

Besides all the graphic changes, that I really don't mind.. They tick me off but, I can live with them. The thing that pisses me off is the fact that my mobile data is gone... Seriously? No internet connection at all? Wtf are you doing? Granted I run off straight talk, and they never know what the hell is going on but, when I system update robs your data... These are dark times.

I have the same problem and I hate android lolipop I also did a mistake updating my phone I was very happy with kitkat

Which of the 41 different Galaxy S5 models worldwide are you referring to?

Also, bear in mind that the old KitKat firmwares will not have the last 9+ months of security fixes for exploits such as Stagefright.
