i have a android blu and my web is not loading how do i fix it ?

everything works fine i shut off my wifi one night and then my web wouldnt laod and its still not working .... ive reset my phone and still not working how can i fix this ???

Try going for a second reset. I am assuming you tried connecting to the internet again. And when you say wifi you mean on your phone or your actual router?
