i have a broken motorola droid turbo and need to get the photos off of it

the Droid Turbo actually powers on but no screen and no way to access anything. My account when it was active was linked to a different number that I had at that time. I have a different number and different plan (Verizon) now. is there any way the photos can be recovered from this device?
